Congratulations your sister can easily get best college under AKTU. I'll recommend you to choose Harcourt Butler Technological Institute (HBTI) Kanpur, as this in under top 5 govt college under AKTU.

The general rank for her is 34989 .. obc girl rank is 1878.. kindly confirm what was the closing obc girl rank for HBTI for last year.
