    Hello sir,

    I hope you're doing well as for your query,

    - I think most probably he could get a home quota.

    - As the student where he completed his 12th grade is considered as the home state.

    - That Kota is considered as his home state now.

    - He can apply Kota as Home state in NITs cap rounds.
