For BC cut off should be around 170 to 180
For BCM cut off should be around 168 to 169
For MBC cutoff should be around 113 to 162
For SC/ST/SCA cutoff should be around 101 to 113

So according to your cutoff of 145 you are only eligible for Sona Engineering college one and only if your community is MBC /SC / ST / SCA

     If you are from general category then you have less chances at this rank. According to the previous year cut offs, the cut offs of the college is decreasing day by day. But tough for you. But if you are from reserved category, you can get branches like ECE, Mechanical, Civil etc for sure. So, cut offs varies every year, wait till to last, hope you can get definitely a branch.
