my son got 9483 rank in JEE advance andhe EWS Category.may he get CSE in any IIT?

Congratulations on a good rank , according to last year ,With this rank you can get many good iit's like BHU ,Ropar , Dhanbad , Tirupati etc in some decent core branches like mechanical , chemical , electrical , civil etc . However , it would be little tough to get Cse , but you can try , you might get some good circuital branches also . You can also get , IIST , IISER , RGIPT and IIPE also with your rank .

With your quoted details it's impossible for him to get CSE in any of the IIT's . For CSE he need to secure rank under 500 in his category.
