see evey year cutoff changes as the cutoff depends on number of candidates participated in it. i suggest you to make properly the choices of colleges according to your locations and number of choices.

Hii.The rank is good.As per the previous year cutoffs you have a tough chance of getting admission to the good NITs for the preferred branch.You can get Medium to lower ranked NITs for the CSE ,the Colleges may be medium to lower ranked NITs such as NIT Nagpur, NIT Raipur, NIT Bhopal , NIT Jaipur,etc and some IIITs such as IIIT Jabalpur, IIIT Delhi,etc.Ll the best.
