My son has got 440 and category rank of 46000 and Air 91000, from GM. Can he get in government or private college with government seat?

As most of the colleges in Karnataka have a cut-off close to 450-650, his mark might land him in a Govt. college. But, you can try for private colleges as chances of getting a seat in private college are more.
