My son has got 88.3 percentile in JEE mains 2019, General category. Is there any chance of getting seat in any IIIT's

Dear Sir/Madam,

Yes, your child can get admission into some of the new IIITs, but chances are very feeble. You should however apply for CSAB Special Round and wait for the cut-offs. You should also keep a watch on the colleges in Punjab and Chandigarh.

Hi aspirant,

Given your percentile, I assume your rank is around 1 lakh. Based on the previous year cutoffs, the closing rank for IIITs is around 30,000 for general category. So given your percentile, you have no chances of getting admission in any course in any IIIT.
