Here, you have asked for comparison between NIT Agartala, IIIT Gwalior, IIIT Knacheepuram and IIIT Kottayam so let us begin with NIRF ranking first.
NIT Agartala has been ranked 70 by NIRF. With a rank of 17401, the student has high chances of getting CSE seat at NIT Agartala. NIT Agartala is old and well established. It is good for CSE. With placement points of view, it is also very good as companies like Oracle, Capgemini visit the campus and recruit students.
IIIT Gwalior is new and very good for CSE. It has been ranked 81 by NIRF, but according to 2018 cutoffs, the student may not get CSE there as the closing rank for CSE was 12292, but you can get integrated 5-year program of B.Tech+M.tech in I.T. at this rank at IIIT Gwalior.
At IIIT Kancheepuram, you can get CSE according to 2018 cutoffs as the closing rank was 18297 for CSE. IIIT Kancheepuram has been ranked 197 by NIRF. It is also good for CSE.
IIIT Kottayam is new and yet has not been ranked but it is growing rapidly with good faculties and other facilities. It can also be considered good for CSE.

Good morning madam. Thank you for your guidance. I also wish to let you know he as has score 304 in BITSAT he has fare chance to get in ECE {314}, EEE{308} and Electronic n instrumention and CHEMICAL for his rank. at GOA CAMPUS. while at HYDERABAD campus he can get in EEE, EI for his rank easily and ECE {312}. Please note marks indicated in brackets are showing falling trend in marks year after hence included in above possibilities. I request you to suggest which one to opt among BIT CAMPUS , IIIT JABALPUR, IIIT GWALIOR.

Hello Sir,304 is a very good in BITSAT. One thing I would like to say here is that you should not assume that cutoffs are going to decrease only just because of trends. See, the cutoffs in year 2018 increased as compared to 2017. Cutoffs depend on many factors like number of students appearing for the examination, difficulty level of the paper etc With a score of 304, I think getting circuit branches(ECE,EEE,ENI) may be a bit difficult but the student can get dual degree, Chemical, Mechanical and Manufacturing. Choosing BITS Pilani and its campuses is an excellent choice. I hope this helps. I wish you all the best.
