As his rank is more than 40k there are the less chances of getting any seat in vit, vellore,beacuse maximum rank to apply for vit, vellore is nearly less than 40k.But of you are interested in that college definitely you can apply for any seat. Otherwise you can choose any other college which he csn get easily with this rank.
