My son's CRL rank is 392286 and obc rank is 135632.whats his chance of getting admission in nit/ or good government college

With a rank of 1,35,632 in the oBC caegory, it becomes difficult to secure a seat in NIT's when comparing the results of the previous years. Last year, the closing rank in NIT;s for OBC was around 20,000 to 22,000. But every year, ranks and scores changes with various factors like toughness of the exam and availability of seats.
