As you have mentioned that your ST rank is 1257 which indeed is somewhat high.. But you haven't mentioned your crl which would help us more to give you a perfect answer.. Nevertheless, you have some decent chances to get a mbbs seat.. Now, just wish for the best.. May be you get a seat in the 2nd round or any other!!!!



But don't loose hope!!! You have some chances to grab down a seat....
