You can also join a general MBA program that will help you learn all the aspects of Management. It also depends on the colleges you apply for and the courses they offer.

In which stream you want to pursue MBA degree depends on all your interest and in which college you will get admission depends on all your performance in the MBA exam, interview, WSAT/GD and your profile (includes your 10th, 12th and graduation percentage along with work experience).

Seeing your subjects I can say you already have a little knowledge about what is actually going to be taught to you in the next 2 years while pursuing MBA degree. This will give you an edge over other students at the time of selection when non engineers get a call at a little lower percentile than the engineer student of same category plus while studying in college.
