my telangana state rank is 3904and belongs to bc-b, females. please tell me about my chances in MBBS government quota

In 2021 neet exam, cut off had gone above expectations, minimum Mark's needed to qualify for NEET this year 138 for general.
Dear it's very hard to get government seat at this rank. You should try for private seat or other pathey government course.
