The chance that you will get a seat in CIT coimbatore is totally dependent on the number of students appearing for the counseling. No on e can say if you will get a seat. As you said last year cutoff for CSE was 3355 and your rank is  3296, so you might get a seat. But if the demand for CSE increase this year then you might not get a seat. Pls wait for the counseling process to finish.
