Based on your percentile, it would be difficult to get into government colleges through the JoSAA Counselling.

I suggest that you give the second attempt of the JEE Main 2024 in April in order to improve your score and your chances of getting into top colleges. Meanwhile, since you have time before your second attempt, i recommend that you study hard and prepare well for the second session, so that you're able to improve your score and open up more opportunities.
