So you have an average peformance and it will be difficult to get admission in any state government university or college in Mahrashtra as you have a merit list number of 74000 but since you belong to SEBC category you may have chances of admission throuh reservation. You may get in Sinhagad College of Engineering in Pune if you are lucky. Hope this helps!
