Considering your obc rank , you have chances for getting CS/IT in government colleges under UPSEE . but you do not have chances for the top  colleges under UPSEE. But for getting a seat in good govt.college , you have to wait till the second round and then you can also get a seat in JSS ,AKGIT etc.
