The cut-off trends keeps changing every year and it depends on the number of students attempting the exam, difficulty level, number of available seats, etc. With a rank near to 2000, you can very easily secure any seat in their Vellore and Chennai campuses as the cut-off for CSE at Vellore campus was 7000 in the year 2016. So, just apply to their counselling process and you'll easily secure a seat in first fee category itself.
