Yes, as per the closing rank of previously scheduled counselling of 2018 confirms that around 18000 is the closing rank for general category government college aspirants of wbjee willing to seek admissions. So you would probably get a seat and branch of your choice. It may be possible you would have to wait for the 2 or 3 rounds of counselling.
