Hello student, 

For cse and IT I can say you have plenty of options to choose from you can get in:

  • Nit Agartala  
  • Nit durgapur
  • Nit Patna
  • Nit Raipur

and even a few IIITS like

  • jabalpur
  • Ranchi
  • and even nit jalandar.

Keep some of the options for back up as no one can assure you that you will a government college admission.
Choose private college within your state only in which you are interested and do very smart work to show how extra ordinary you are.
