If you score between 300-400 you might end in a deemed university or a private college since you belong in General category.

If you wish to end up in a very good college then you must get a score of at least 550-650+.
This has various benefits because you will be getting into a government college. Work hard and score good

For best medical colleges in the country you need to be in the top 200, and the corresponding marks shall be greater than 650+.Some of them are MAMC, VMMC, Grant Mumbai, IMS BHU etc. Even for top state medical colleges the cutoff is almost greater than 550 out of 720. 

For deemed universities, the marks are a bit less but still in the range above 500 like for KMC Manipal .

Getting Marks in the range of 300-400 for a general candidate shall hardly secure a good medical college.
