So, i am assuming that you are asking about books that use can refer for preparation of BITSAT as well as mains.See, although there syllabus is almost similar but the exam pattern and type of questions are very different.On BITSAT you need speed and accuracy where as in JEE you need understanding and application.
But you can refer same books for both.

For Chemistry :
