Yes ,you are eligible to give neet after your graduation or when you are pursuing graduation, as the decision on upper age limit is still pending.

uttamfisingh As you want to give NEET,it would be better if you choose BSc(if your interest lies in it).

If you have only two option ie.BA or BCom ,go for any graduation course where your interest lies.

BA have subjects like History, Political Science, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Geography etc.

BCom have subjects like Management, Economics, Accounts, Statistics etc.

Now ,its all up to you.
