The eligibility criteria for Navy SSR is that Candidate shouls have passed

10+2 from a recognized board with math and physics  as compulsory subject 

and one subject from Chemistry/bioogy/computer.

For Air force X&Y group candidate should have minimum 50% aggregate 

marks in 10+2 and should have 50 marks in English .

According to the official notification you have to get aggregate 50% in 10+2 with 50%marks in English. It means that you are eligible if have scored 50% in your 10+2 and got 50/100marks in English in 10+2 no matter how many marks you scored in Physics or maths or any subject except English. The restriction of marks is for overall and for English only. Also provided that your aggregate in +2 is 50 percentage and mark in English subject is above 50. You must have maths and physics as your subjects in +2.
