Ncert is must to Score Good in Neet. As most of times many numerical and theoretical questions of physics and chemistry are from the concepts of Ncert.
For Biology, it's most important read it line by line to score 300+.

Yes get the Basic concepts from NCERT and solve previous years questions and some questions from other books too.you will able to score 550+
