There is only one attempt per year for a candidate. Since the neet examination is held once a year you can only apply for it once. Therefore you can attempt neet 19 only once

As per the new conducting authority, National Testing Agency (NTA), there is limitation in attempting NEET entrance exam. The earlier exam conducting body, Central Board of Secondary Examination (CBSE) stated on the official CBSE NEET website, "There is no cap for the number of attempts". The CBSE has also cited the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare's letter no. U.12023/16/2010-ME-II dated December 6, 2017 for this. So this is the official rule for NEET 2019 till now, that there is no longer any cap on the number of attempts.
