If you are looking to get admission into private medical collleges , you have chances. The fees of private medical colleges are very high , therefore be carefull. 

You can get admission in any college all over India if you apply for management quota, the only thing you should have is the money to pay those hefty fees. 

I would recommend you to give yourself one more year and work harder.
