No last date has not been extended , the last date to register and fill the application form of NEET 2020 is December 31, 2019 .
You can register for neet examination, you can register for it by going through the link given below :
https://ntaneet.nic.in/Ntaneet/Registration/NewReg.aspx
NEET 2020 application form has been released by nta on December 2, 2019 in online mode at ntaneet.nic.in and the last date to register and fill the application form of NEET 2020 is December 31, 2019 , so you need to make sure that you fill the application form between these dates and the neet examination will be conducted on May 3, 2020.
