No you won't get an seat in Government BAMS college as one needs to score 520+ marks in NEET 2020 to have chances of getting seat in the college. Also as you haven't mentioned your state and category it's totally unpredictable as you getting an seat in any government or private college totally depends on certain factors like the number of students appeared for exams and more.
