For 460 marks you can expect to get the following colleges under IP quota for OBC category:

• SLBS Govt. Medical College, Mandi
• ESIC Medical College AND PGIMSR, Kolkata

However, it is quite difficult to get one at 460, even then you can try once in these. The cut off changes every year depending on many factors such as the number of students appearing, the seat matrix etc.
