NEET PG- 1.Will I loose my Round1(R1) alloted seat,if i didnot join alloted seat in Round 2(after opting for upgradation) 2.Will I be able to attend state counseling (I am from Andhra Pradesh) after I get seat in R1 and R2(opted for upgradation)

Hi,

Well first you will have to accept the first round allotment and then opt for upgradation and then you will be able to leave the second round allotment if you didn't get something nice. And second that you can participate in state quota counseling even though you are there in central counseling.
