Dear Srithika, in 2018 under State Quota, 98 marks secured a seat in Karpagam Faculty of Medical Sciences. This is 2018 data. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. This year cut offs have gone way higher and so it might be difficult for a seat in this College. With 230, you have a fair chance.

Management quota is available only in private colleges/universities. You can get in touch with the College directly and ask about the process of direct admission. And about score it depends on that institute eligiblity for different courses. Private college norms are different. So get in touch will the respective college as soon as possible.

With the score provided by you. You have a tough chance of getting seat under management quota for mbbs in tamil nadu. The merit list for State and management quota seats in government and self-financing medical and dental colleges was released on July 2, by the Directorate Of Medical Education. Counselling was  held from July 5 to 12 for government quota seats and for NRI and minority seats on July 15.
The first phase of counselling for management quota seats was to be held on July 16 to 18.
The Directorate of Medical Education has released the prospectus for admission to State quota seats in government and self-financing medical and dental colleges on its websites:- tnmedicalselection.organdtnhealth.org.
