Reopen is allowed only before the exam.Now you need to check your inbox  in registered mail id because it had been mailed to you by NTA at the time of registration and get it from there by downloading.Otherwise,you have to contact the helpdesk.Contact them by writing email  or by telephone number.

You can visit the official website again to download the admit card.or can aretrieve your admit card from the where you have downloaded it for the first time and as per the  NEETauthorities will also send one copy of NEET admit card at the registered email id of candidates. So you can download it again from the also.
