Yes youcan get into best colleges but there are very less chances of getting into college . Yes you can surely get private but government might not be possible but you should try your best to do so.

Hey there, you have scored 355 marks in NEET and you belong to UP. Sorry to say but at this marks you will not be able to get admission in any government college as your marks are quite low for that but I would rather suggest you check for the semi-government colleges and some good private colleges too and you can get a  seat there.

 The thing is this time the NEET exam was lil easy so the cut off set by many government college is above 490+ . So its hard for you to get any governament colleges you can get BDS though . dont let your gaurd down and

If I consider the previous year data.then your chances of getting admission in a government medical college are negligible.previous year minimum marks for a general candidate was 469 for Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya Medical Institute, Lucknow.
You might land up in a Private medical or dental college .
