NIT Bhopal Mech or IIIT Guwahati CSE? (CRL rank - 19k) Planning to do higher studies in either branches, with interest in aerospace engineering (more interested) / AI & ML. But scope of aerospace in India is less than that of CSE, therefore I can't decide whether I should take Mech or CSE.

Hello,
As per 2020 ranking for engineering colleges,
NIT Bhopal is ranked 65
IIIT Guwahati is ranked 66
But, what matters more is your interest, go through the syllabus of all the streams you have chances of getting, then decide, because no matter what is the branch if you are not able to perform well in that stream you will regret in the end.

Also, will it be harder to get into IIIT Guwahati CSE, now that it has just got a rank of 66 and before that the cut-off was at 21k?
