Actually the GATE offical information that There is no negative marking for NAT questions and MCQ contains one mark each and 1/3 mark is deducted as penalty for wrong answer and for 2 marks questions there will be 2/3 mark deducted for marking a incorrect answer 

These are the rules which are made by offical it is made due to more competation nowadays so please preapre well i hope you crack the gate exam for sure
