The cutoff varies every year and also depends on the state to state. So it would be tough to tell you the exact but for 15% try to score more than 550 & for state quota more than 500 score.

Dear Student,
As per NEET cutoff 2019, OBC/SC/ST category candidates need a minimum of 96 marks to qualify and get seat in MBBS.
