Hello,


The basic is difference between Creamy Layer and Non Creamy Layer is -


Creamy Layer - If the yearly income of your family is more than 4.5 Lakhs then the candidate will be considered to be under Creamy Layer and the candidate won't get any benefit.


Non Creamy Layer - If the annual income of your family is less than 4.5 lakhs then you will be considered to be under Non Creamy Layer and you will get all the benefit.
