I do not think there is any online portal for this. You must get this from the authorities concerned offline. Which bonafide certificate do you mean here?

For getting nativity certificate you have to go to home State, for domicile State of residence. If you want to acknowledge where you studied you can give the Transfer Certificate (TC).
