Hi

Yes you can take the English proficiency test- IELTS.
IELTS is conducted once a week, meaning up to four times a month across 125 countries.  The English proficiency test- both formats are generally conducted on Saturdays or Thursday.  specific IELTS test dates at various locations are available on the official website. Candidates can select the IELTS test date as per the availability of the test centre. Interested candidates can register for IELTS test.

There are no minimum IELTS eligibility criteria for IELTS 2017. Any person who wishes to pursue education or work opportunities in an English speaking country can apply for the IELTS test.
