as you stated that you are in class 11. This is the right time to start your preparation for the NEET exam. As you have 2 full years in your hand. First of all, just understand the pattern of NEET exam. The total number of questions asked, negative marking, how many questions in each section of biology, chemistry, physics. When you are very well versed with the syllabus and exam pattern you are halfway done.
The key to crack the exam is the strong foundation of your NCERT. The NCERT holds a very important place in the exam.
Chemistry: Class 11, Class 12
Thus is a very important NCERT. You have to be very thorough with each and every line . Especially all the question, examples, and exercise. If you are done with this then you can refer Pradeep for question practice. Most important is the previous year question paper. It will make your thinking in the right direction that which type of question comes in the exam. You can follow Unacademy. You can also youtube videos of HITS ACHIEVING, EXAM FEAR, mLEARNING.
Biology: Class 11, Class 12
The NCERT needs to be done 3-4 times with an understanding of each and every line. The diagrams and figures are very important. You can refer to Unacademy videos. You can also watch videos of Exam Fear, Toppr for doubt clarification. You can also refer MTG Objective NCERT @ your fingertip.
Physics: Class 11, Class 12
The concept needs to be understood with utmost accuracy. Only mugging up the formula can"t help in question-solving. You can refer H C Verma for a better understanding of the concept. You can solve questions from Objective Physics by DC Pandey. If you want to solve some great questions then you can refer Problems in General Physics by IE Irodov but after completion of all basic books.

Dear Sir / Ma'm, in order to clear NEET with a good score, keep your conecpts clear right from Day . Learn the topics clearly and revise regularly in order to ingrain them in your mind. Devote time to questions as well as they will enhance your problem solving skills. Prepare sincerely and dedicatedly and keep an aim of atleast a score of 550 so that you can be on the safe side.

You can definitely score good in neet. After looking to this year cutoff you need to score 620+ for good college. You should start preparing from this year itself. Have proper time management. Practice more previous year exams. Divide time equally for all the subjects and study all topics as weightage of topics may variate with year. Try to focus more on biology as it has 50% of weightage. Study hard. You will surely attain good marks and end up getting best college.

Focus on ncert for theory part.understand every concept of ncert really well.
Practice as many as sample papers u can. Give online tests.
Make flash cards to remember imp points.
Make it a habit to give a 3hrs test everyday.
Don't switch to too many books for theory.
