Dear Krishna, for starters for being eligible for NEET, you should have completed your 10+2 with a minimum aggregate of 40% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology. Once you complete your 10+2, to qualify in NEET, you should score 40% of the top score. For example if hte top marks in NEET is 400, based on your category you should score 100 to be qualified in NEET. Now not every qualified candidate can get a Medical Seat. Cut off varies on different criteria like no. of candidates appearing for NEET, no. of seats available, Top NEET score and difficult of the exam. Now every college will have its own cut off. So anything lesser than 550-600 puts on a tight spot.
