On which state ranking will be given category wise or all india rank

Dear Tejaskumar,
Seat
allotments are based on AIR. In your category also allotment will be
based on AIR. You can say that category rank indirectly comes into play,
but when a category student has a rank so good that he can get a seat
in general category then, AIR is considered.
