One of My friend applied for AEEE and forgot the Slot booking for phase1... Will he able to Attend Phase 2 with the Phase 1 paid fee? Or he need to apply/pay for P2 again!?

Hope you are doing absolutely great.
So with regard to your query, NO it is not possible to attend the AEEE phase 2 exam, with phase 1 fee, whether he or she attended it or not. They must register for the second phase exam and pay the fee once more.
