As the responsibility for conducting the  NEET entrance exams is of the CBSE, most of the questions in NEET are from the their prescribed text book that's the NCERT.  It's better to follow these text books for preparation than following ISC text books.

NCERT syllabus is included in neet. Read the ncert books thoroughly. 70% question in neet come from those books. Moreover ncert books will help you to build clear concept.
