Only wards of ESIC personal can apply in ESIC MBBS Colleges? Can a general category candidate apply for mbbs seat in these colleges?

Hi,
Well I would like to tell you that no matter what but the IP ward quota students are only one who are eligible to get seats under ESIC quota seats and for the MBBS course. General stude can not apply for the same and that is why you are not allowed to apply and only IP ward students can apply.
