Well, no question is repeated in the exact manner. However, same concepts are tested in a different manner. Many chapters are given more weightage over the others.

Also, similar type of questions to those asked in previous year are asked. That is the reason why it is recommended to solve previous year questions.

The other added perks: you are familiar with the question pattern and are less likely to get flustered when you give the actual exam. It helps you get oriented to time management as well as your reading speed increases. So don't refrain from solving previous year's question papers. It will do you more good than you think.
