Hello Aspirant

There is no particular process to exit the counseling. It depends on whether you have been allotted a seat or not. If in the 1st round you get a seat then just don't report to the college if you don't want to join that college, same goes for further rounds.

At the end of counseling you will get your seat acceptance fee back (if you pay the seat acceptance). If you don't get any seat in round 1 then you will be automatically moved to round 2 and your seat acceptance money will only be seized if you report to the college and don't join it afterwards.
