Hello Shubha

The chemistry part in NEET will have 45 questions- each of 4 marks- thus 180 marks in total. It will have questions of organic, Inorganic and Physical Chemistry chapters.
Maximum questions are asked from the organic chemistry chapters and so make sure to be thorough with the concepts. Refer NCERT for basic rules and nomenclature. Practice examples given in the textbook once. You can practice MCQs from Arihant Publications Chemistry or go through the previous years questions to know the question-level-pattern.

For Inorganic chemistry, revise the important data from NCERT. As questions are asked from NCERT only. Whereas for physical Chemistry chapters- make a formulae chart and revise it maximum times. Do practice 2-3 MCQs per topic also from previous years question papers to get enough of the questions. By this you'll know the applications of the formulae in a better way.

The most important chapters/topics for Chemistry for NEET are  Chemical Bonding and Coordination Compounds, General Organic Chemistry and Carbonyl Compounds, Chemical Kinetics and Thermodynamics.
Focus Maximum on these ones first.

Revise and practice as much possible.!
Good Luck.!
