Unfortunately,you cannot apply for admission to IIIT- D being a non resident of Delhi.


80 percent marks in aggregate for five subjects (including Mathematics) and 80% in Mathematics in class XII from CBSE board or equivalent.

I am sorry but you cannot apply for this directly and you will have to go for joint admission counselling for Delhi and must have 80% in your 12th exam and in each for the 5 subjects.

As per IIIT Delhi guidelines if you are not a Delhiite then you can not go directly through UCEED. It is only for Delhi residential students. You have to go through the the JAC Delhi (Joint Admission Counseling) in which you should have minimum 80% of marks in 5 subject of 12th and minimum 80% marks from CBSE or any equivalent board exam.
